Burke Central School will have a virtual day tomorrow (4/25). There are plumbing issues that have caused flooding in our kitchen, which will need to be thoroughly sanitized after it is fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Reminder - Wednesday April 30th is a 12:30pm early out.
The plumbing issue has been fixed. School will start at 11:25.
Plumbers just arrived. We will start an hour later, so a three hour late start. We will let you know soon if we cannot go today.
Due to a plumbing issue, Burke Central will start 2 hours late tomorrow (4/24). No breakfast will be served. We will reassess the situation in the morning when the plumber is here.

Our elementary school is planning a color run for May 15th. The color run is a community event. Everyone is welcome to run or walk, to volunteer to help with running the event and joining in our celebration of the end of an awesome school year! We would like all of our students, teachers and volunteers to have a shirt to wear that day. Shirts cost $15 and can be ordered by using the QR code or the website listed on the flyer below. This is also a fundraiser for our elementary school that will be utilized for supplies, field trips and special events for our students. There may be students who cannot afford to purchase a shirt. If you are able and willing to donate towards the purchase of shirts for those students who cannot purchase one, please bring those donations to Mrs. Snell before April 23. We have a very short window to order. There is also a Burke Central shirt as well. Sizes are available for children and adults.
