Today Burke Central Celebrates 100 days of school. What?? Where did those days go? Thank you to everyone that has helped make 100 days fly by.

Happy “100” Day of school!! Great big thanks to the Boyd family for supplying us with caramel and sweet rolls for the staff.
As you know, the art class has been busy sewing. We appreciate those that donated their sewing machines for our use. We have 3 quilt projects planned and sewing Relief tops for a local church. Unfortunately, 4 are currently in the shop and #5 will go tomorrow to be fixed. The pictures are where I took the machines and one that is recommended for beginners and schools. It makes a great gift for birthday or Easter.

Tonight's Christmas concert will be streamed live on Burke Central's Facebook page. Performance starts at 7pm.

Wednesday, January 4 Early Out 3 pm
Art class will be making quilts this next 9 weeks, we are looking to borrow 9 sewing machines, 9 seam rippers, 3 irons with ironing table. All items would be returned at end of school year. Donations of these items are welcome too. For further information, contact Holly Chrest @ 933-2821 ext 207.
